The founder and principal of ExecutiveGC is Jacqueline Piscitello, is an experienced general counsel with over 25 years in the legal profession. Jacqueline's extensive in-house experience includes most recently serving as General Counsel for The Flex Co. for the past four years, where she oversaw complex legal matters in the women's health and medical device sector. She brings deep knowledge of commercial law, contracts, FDA and FTC compliance, intellectual property strategy, licensing, employment law, corporate governance, dispute resolution, and litigation. Previously, Jacqueline acted as the General Counsel at Nedap, Inc., Assistant General Counsel at Genuity, Inc., and as fractional, in-house counsel for major clients including Genzyme, Blueprint Medicines, Iron Mountain, and RSA Security. Jacqueline began her legal career at Morrison & Forester in Palo Alto, California and Wilmer Hale in Boston, Massachusetts.

Jacqueline's background spans a broad range of industries beyond medical devices, including advising companies in the technology, software, education, and retail sectors. Starting her career as a software engineer, she has a unique ability to provide legal advice that aligns with both technical and business goals.
